The agency has a database in which the applicant's information is stored. This candidate information is queried when a job order is received.

The applicants will then be contacted to determine their availability and whether or not they may want to be submitted for the open position. |

The client (company holding the position) will review all applicant information submitted by ProServ. The initial decision will be based on qualifications only. |

The client may want to meet with the individuals who are of interest or they may want ProServ to make that decision for them. |

If the client wishes to meet with the applicants, ProServ coordinates times between the applicants and client. |

Temporary, Temp to Hire, Contracted:

When the client makes a decision, the applicant will be put on ProServ's payroll. |

|
Benefits may apply, depending on the status of the position or the client's request. |

| Direct Hire: |

|
ProServ submits applications from qualified applicants to the client. |
| 2. |
|
The successful canidate would go through the hiring process with the client. There would be no other requirements of the applicant to ProServ. |
