  • Hire an employee on a probationary period to see if they fit into your organization.
  • After a predetermined time, the employee could be hired on without additional fees.
  • ProServ incurs all the burden of Worker's Compensation, unemployment and taxes while the employee is on ProServ's payroll. If the new employee doesn't work out, ProServ will find a replacement.
  • All searching, screening and testing will be performed by ProServ. This will eliminate time consuming hiring processes and paperwork for the client.
  • Direct hire one of our qualified candidates for a nominal one-time finder's fee. Our finder's fees are a small fraction in comparison to our competitors. This fee is based on employee wages and very often is more cost-effective than a newspaper display ad which will only reach a select sector of qualified applicants.
